HELP ! Samsung A02 Hard Brick stuck black screen

Hi,
I need a full backup of a Galaxy A022M for use in Read Back function
when clearing the RPMB to remove the KG lock the device got stuck in the recovery screen asking for the original ROM.
After going through odin, the device was locked in a black screen and does not turn on or show anything on the screen,
only reading and writing through the COM port testpoint is possible,
already flash firmware without errors by unlocktool but still on black screen.
Can someone send me the file or any ideas to repair this please?🙏

as I didn't get it anywhere and no one was willing to help me, I ended up solving it alone and without the correct resources,
however, it would have been much easier if someone had helped me. I come here to bring the files I needed. after solving the case,
I made scatter and full dump backups of this device model. also an RPMB file with clean security partitions, a free NVram partition
